What you buy

One licence to Shadow Clone for USD 9.99, paid once. The licence covers use of the Android app and of the Shadow Clone forwarding relay on one phone at a time, for as long as we operate the service. There is no subscription and no renewal.

Fair use

The relay forwards up to 300 messages per licence per day. That is a spam guard, not a plan tier; ordinary personal use never reaches it. You may not use the relay to send bulk or unsolicited email, to forward messages you are not entitled to read, or to attack, probe or overload the service. We may revoke a licence used that way.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the phone you install it on and the destination address you choose. Forwarding texts that contain one-time passcodes to an email account moves those codes into that account — secure it accordingly. Where you live, forwarding another person's messages may require their consent; that is on you.

Refunds

If Shadow Clone does not work on your phone, email us within 14 days of purchase from the address you paid with and we refund in full. After that, refunds are at our discretion.

If we stop

If we ever have to shut the relay down, we will give at least 90 days' notice on this site and by email to every licence address. The app's direct-to-Telegram and Discord paths, where present, do not depend on the relay.

Warranty and liability

Shadow Clone is provided as is. Mobile networks, phone makers' battery managers and mail providers can each delay or drop a message; we cannot guarantee delivery of any particular message. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is the price you paid.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. If any part is unenforceable the rest still stands.
